The Finnigan Park Project, a partnership between the Office of Harris County Commissioner Rodney Ellis, the City of Houston, and HISD, was established to create educational, social, and recreational opportunities for residents.
The Center offers different classes and resources for school age children and older. It boasts a Youth Education Town (YET), created with the help of the NFL, which is focused on helping youth in our community learn new skills and have a safe place to gather and have fun.
