PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Safe, accessible trails and bikeways are an important part of healthy, growing neighborhoods and connect residents to healthy recreational opportunities. That's why Precinct One is designing a 10-foot wide concrete trail along the Fondren Diversion Channel (D140-00-00) from Willowbend Drive to West Bellfort Avenue.
PROJECT BENEFITS:
Once completed, these improvements will:
- Make walking and biking safer
- Expand access to healthy recreational opportunities
- Improve access to active transportation
